Marea Surf Stays LLC is a US-based booking and marketing company for boutique hospitality, registered in Wyoming and built around a simple observation: independent hotels are exceptional at hospitality and under-served by the online travel industry.
Big OTAs deliver bookings but own the guest relationship and charge for every click of extra visibility. Agencies deliver marketing but bill for it whether rooms fill or not.
We built the model we'd want as owners: one partner that runs the property's entire online commercial operation — website, marketing, distribution, and payments — paid a single success-based commission. When the property wins, we win. That's the whole business model.
Marea is Spanish for tide — a reminder of where we like to work, and that the best results come from moving with the water, not against it.
How we operate
