Guests book directly on your own domain through a modern booking engine, with real-time availability and instant confirmation. We administer the booking engine and channel manager, loading rates and availability exactly as you set them — pricing decisions always remain yours.

Digital marketing

We plan, fund, and manage paid campaigns on search and social platforms, alongside SEO, content, and email marketing. Unlike agencies, we don't bill marketing back to the property — ad spend is our cost, taken from our commission. Our incentives are exactly yours: bookings, not billable hours.

Distribution & OTA management

We establish and manage your property's presence on online travel agencies, holding and administering those relationships, keeping content and rates synchronized, and paying OTA commissions ourselves. You get the reach of the platforms without the account-management burden or the commission invoices.

Payments & merchant services

We act as merchant of record for online bookings: guests pay us through secure, PCI-compliant card processing. We handle fraud screening, refunds under your cancellation policy, chargebacks, and guest payment queries. The property receives a clean weekly remittance and a report that reconciles to the cent.

Guest communications

From confirmation to check-in, we handle the booking-related conversation: confirmations, modifications, cancellations, and pre-arrival information — so your front desk meets a guest who already has everything they need.

Reporting

Weekly remittance statements detailing every booking, commission, refund, and transfer, plus periodic performance reporting on occupancy, channels, and campaigns.
