This website describes the services Marea provides to hospitality properties. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance; property partnerships are governed exclusively by separate written agreements between Marea and each property.

3. Guest bookings

Reservations at properties whose bookings we process are made on those properties' own websites and are governed by the booking terms displayed there at the time of booking. No bookings are made through this website.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photography, design, and the Marea Surf Stays name — belongs to Marea Surf Stays LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. No warranties; limitation of liability

This site's content is provided "as is," for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marea disclaims all warranties regarding the site and will not be liable for losses arising from reliance on its content or from use of the site.
